Shenzhen Sky-well Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shenzhen Sky-well”) has the total investment of about 8 billion, which will be completed through three phases (The investment of the first phase is about 2 billion and the investments of the second and third phases are 3 billion respectively). The first phase of the project started in October 2016.

The first phase of the project is located in Kengzi Street, Pingshan District, Shenzhen, covering an area of about 172,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 273,000 square meters. The construction period of the project is from October 2016 to October 2018, which lasts for 24 months. It will be fully operated in 2019. The total investment of the first phase of the project is about 2 billion Yuan. The first phase of the project is expected to achieve a total annual income of 10 billion Yuan and a yearly profit tax of 800 million Yuan. The scale of the annual production is 2000 large buses and 2000 light passenger buses.

The total output value of the three phases is expected to be 6.2 billion Yuan and the annual profit tax will be 5 billion Yuan. They will provide 1,200 jobs.
